These terms apply to use of the STK Global Trading L.L.C. website. Product orders and supply arrangements are subject to separately agreed commercial terms.

1. Website information

This website introduces our foodstuff trading and distribution services and product portfolio. It is not an online store, a binding quotation or a guarantee of stock availability. Please confirm product specifications, origin, grade, pack sizes and current availability directly with our team.

2. Enquiries and orders

Contacting us by email, phone or WhatsApp does not by itself place an order or create an obligation to supply. Prices, quantities, applicable taxes, payment terms, delivery arrangements and other commercial conditions must be agreed in writing for the relevant transaction.

3. Product imagery and descriptions

Logos and product images are presented for identification and illustration. Packaging may change. Port and warehouse visuals are illustrative and do not establish ownership of a vessel, port or facility. The packaging, specifications and supply details confirmed in a quotation or order take precedence over website illustrations.

STK’s wider trading portfolio is not a claim that every listed category is supplied under the ALMAMA brand. ALMAMA products shown in its dedicated range are identified separately.

4. Intellectual property

Company branding, product artwork, website content and other materials belong to STK Global Trading L.L.C. or their respective rights holders. You may view the website for information and legitimate business enquiries. Commercial reuse of branding, imagery or content requires the relevant rights holder’s permission.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another party or send unlawful or abusive communications. Please provide accurate information when making an enquiry.

6. Third-party links and map

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and other external services are offered for convenience. STK does not control the availability, content or data practices of those services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

7. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep this website useful and accurate, but information may change and uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Please obtain written confirmation before relying on website information for a purchasing decision. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
